The training is organised by the Sector for Emergency Management of the Ministry of Interior and Public Administration of the Republic of Montenegro in cooperation with Association of Speleological club of Montenegro and supported by the Administration of the Republic of Slovenia for Civil Protection and Disaster Relief, Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Slovenia. The aim of the training is to gain theoretical knowledge and basic practical skills in the field of rescuing from caves. The training will therefore improve the participants’ knowledge of basic skills and techniques of cave rescue and basic operational procedures for cave rescue.
